As the year winds down, I’ve found myself looking back on all the chapters this year gifted me—both the ones that felt light and easy to carry and the ones that stretched me beyond my comfort zone. 2024 was a year of trying, falling, rebuilding, and finding joy in the small yet transformative moments.
Traveled to New Places
This year, I embraced the thrill of new landscapes and cultures. From sandy deserts to serene rivers, traveling wasn’t just about ticking destinations off my list—it was about expanding my perspective and learning more about myself. Every adventure added something unique to my story and taught me to live more fully in the present.
Let Myself Fall… and Get Back Up
One of the most defining parts of this year was allowing myself to fall—whether that was emotionally, professionally, or personally—and learning how to rise again. The beauty of falling lies in the strength you find to stand taller, and I’m proud of how I navigated those moments with resilience.
Tore Down and Built New Things
2024 taught me the importance of starting over. Whether it was dismantling old habits, taking apart physical projects, or completely reimagining my goals, the act of building anew became a cornerstone of my growth. It wasn’t always easy, but it was always worth it.
Prioritized My Relationships
This year, I made space for what truly matters: my connections with friends, family, and, most importantly, myself. I nurtured those bonds, prioritized meaningful conversations, and learned how to show up authentically for the people I love.
Crossed Off Some Bucket List Items
The joy of ticking off long-held dreams is unmatched. Whether it was something adventurous, creative, or deeply personal, fulfilling those goals reminded me of the power of intention and action.
Created with My Whole Heart
Finally, this year was about creation—from books to ideas to memories. Pouring myself into my creative projects gave me a sense of purpose and reminded me why I do what I do. There’s something deeply rewarding about taking what’s inside and giving it form, and I can’t wait to keep creating in 2025.
As I reflect on this year, I’m filled with gratitude for the lessons, challenges, and triumphs that shaped me. Here’s to carrying this energy into the new year and continuing to embrace every moment life offers.
